Hi, I’m Sara.

The owner of SB Acupuncture & Wellness. I am a Licensed Acupuncturist, practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Holistic Facial Therapist. After 5 years in London learning from some of the best Acupuncturists and Chinese Herbalists in the field, and working alongside many skilled practitioners, in 2023 I returned to Dublin to set up my own clinic.

I am a member of the AFPA; The Acupuncture Foundation Professional Association. This is Ireland’s longest established independent professional register of acupuncturists, recognised by all private health insurance providers. This means that my practice meets the upmost standard of Acupuncture training, safety and hygiene, and that my treatments may be recoverable under your health insurance policy.

I believe in the holistic approach to health care. By looking at all aspects of your physical, mental and emotional health, we can weave your personal story into each treatment. Working together to provide long-term benefits, by addressing the root cause.

I am an advocate for self-devotion. Dedicating time to rest, reset, re-charge. Everyone deserves to feel good.

  • Treatments

    A moment dedicated to yourself, to bringing mind and body into balance. Acupuncture appointments may include any combination of Acupuncture needling, Gua Sha massage, Cupping Therapy, or Moxa Therapy. You can read more about these on my Blog.

    Traditional Chinese Medicine has its own world of dietetics, I love to empower patients with this knowledge for self-treatment through food. Nutrition advice accompanies all of my treatments, no matter what ailment.

  • Lifestyle

    When you begin a course of treatment with me, we are working together on your health. Your lifestyle outside of each appointment can make the world of difference. I always share TCM Lifestyle advice tailored to your personal health needs.

  • Movement

    Daily movement is vital for wellbeing. Exercise is medicine for the body and mind, as we can use it to move our Qi, our life-force, finding balance. Exercise is not a on-size-fits-all, finding what is right for you is a key piece of the holistic health picture.
